Otokono EV vial seemed to draw and inject much easier than the prescription ones? Difference in viscosity?

Post Body

I've mostly been using the Estradiol Valerate vials prescribed by my endo, but I wanted to have a bit of a buffer in case anything happens that makes getting my prescription difficult or delayed at some point and so I bought a vial from Otokono Pharmacy to use in between prescription ones such that I always have a few months extra EV on hand. Well today I made the switch to the Otokono EV and interestingly I found that it was MUCH easier to both draw (21g needle) and inject (25g needle) than the prescription ones. Has anyone else experienced this and is it a potential cause for concern?

My prescription one was 20mg/ml and contains: 20mg EV, 224 mg Benzyl Benzoate, 20mg Benzyl Alcohol, Castor Oil

The Otokono vial is 40mg/ml and contains: Grapeseed Oil, Castor Oil, MCT Oil, EV (no quantities listed for any of these)

I'm not particularly well versed on the specifics of EV mixtures besides the general estradiol concentration, which I did adjust my dosage to account for. I just want to confirm that there aren't gonna be any other noticeable differences in the effects of this vs. my regular prescription estradiol
