how to switch back to pills from injection? (please help)

Hi, guys! So I was originally taking Estrofem then I switched to injection just a few months ago. Sadly, since I started injecting, I noticed that some spider web veins (varicose?) have formed on my upper thigh (one vial has a mix of synthetic progesterone and EC) so because of this I kinda wanna go back to taking Estrofem and just up the dose to 4 or 6mg.

Will that be a good idea? We only have very limited options for HRT where I’m from so I’m afraid Estrofem is the best source of estrogen for me.

Any help would be really appreciated. Thank you! 🥹
