I dunno where else to post this, so if you have suggestions of other communities that would be appreciated haha.

I've experimented on and off with hrt for the past year or so. I'm afraid of fully committing for numerous reasons, but that's another topic haha.

For context I have a few what I've assumed are auto-immune conditions, fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis... but then I was taking hrt for a few weeks and my symptoms subsided. Weird I thought. That shouldn't be the case. Well for fear of boobs showing up I stopped and I've attempted every few months or so. Well I've just done two days of doses again and my symptoms are once again subsiding and I'm feeling like a normal human. I dont want to, but I may commit to take them for a few months and see what the long term effects are for my condition.

I also thought that maybe I have low testosterone, and I finally was able to get into my pcp, got it tested and while on the lower end still with in normal ranges.

So I dunno why this is making me feel better, I'm just curious if anyone has had similar experiences?
