How do I know if progesterone is converting to too much DHT?

Post Body

I've read a surface level amount about progesterone converting into DHT and causing some people to experience remasculinizing effects.

But how do I know if that's happening? I find it really tough to tell how HRT has affected my body hair, and generally I don't have much and can get away with shaving my face every 2-3 days before I can see any of the hair. I also tend to get breakouts on my face sporadically and I don't know if my face is any more oily than it's been. I'm not sure what else I can use to judge potential masculinizing effects from DHT.

I suppose I can ask for DHT on a blood test, right? But how would I interpret the results to know if my levels are ok or not? And does it matter that I don't have a baseline since I never tested DHT before starting prog?

For context, I've been on 100mg daily bioidentical progesterone taken rectally for just under 2 months. I'm also on 4mg E injected intramuscularly weekly and take 12.5mg cyproterone acetate every other night. T levels are 0.5 nmol/L.
