Any of you seeking out affirming churches, look into Episcopal churches in your area. They're as old as America itself, and they've been AMAZING to/for me. Most, but not all of them are very affirming. Thhey stress the importance of not just accepting, but affirming LGBTQ people.

Most of them even celebrate pride. Mine was very actively a part of hours, and on Sunday, which also happens to be my 33rd birthday by sheer coincidence, we're having a pride worship.
