I was 18 when I started hormones!
I take 2mg oral estradiol 3x a day, 100mg oral progesterone 2x a day, and I had an orchiectomy 4 years ago. Before I got the orchi, I was also taking the minimal available dose (I think 50mg?) of spiro 2x a day.

Definitely get off T blockers ASAP. They make your brain super foggy. Really messed up my life for a while cuz I couldn't handle it lol

I noticed the most growth in the few years since my orchiectomy, tbh. They remained steady for a long time at like B/C cups.
