So, here's the deal. I took my first IM injection of estradiol valerate 2mg (.1ml@20mg/ml) today. (injected weekly, going forth). These photos are basically pre-hrt, but i got my testosterone baseline tested before starting hrt because I was born with an undescended testicle that was subsequently surgically removed at birth. It's been a point of contention in my life since birth, but only now am I realizing that it has affected me hormonally. My baseline testosterone, no hormones, was at 242ng/dl, below even the acceptable amab range(300-1100), indicating hypogonadism that, according to the doctor, has likely been lifelong, and has a myriad of possible symptoms, including breast tissue growth. My original question in the title is what I'm after. I'm currently 6'1, 258lbs. I have lost around 50 lbs from my heaviest but.. It doesn't seem like any came off that area.. It doesn't seem like the average amab chest, even for a fat person. And I'm hoping you gals can give me some insight into my body because I cannot see anything about it clearly. If it's just my fat, that's fine too. That's why I started HRT today, to change that. Do I have breasts that have been growing since before I knew I was even trans? Do I have normal amab chest fat? Do I have a tanner stage already? Thank you. I figured if anyone knows the difference, or can shed light, it's the women and other people here who have far more experience in this area than myself. I hope this isn't inappropriate and the right place to ask these questions.
