for the first two years i took 8mg oral e, 200mg spironolactone. switched to 10mg/week ev, 50mg spiro, 100mg prog, at month 22. i’m 5’11” and 136lbs. struggled with gaining weight my whole life. the women in my family are definitely way bigger than this. i just feel like there’s nothing else i can do besides surgery.

35 months ago you should have started gaining weight it all needs fat to grow fat to redistribute and fat to soften your skin and face
