🐄 Best wrap for brisket: butcher’s paper / foil / something else / nothing?

I have smoked two briskets on my Traeger using butcher paper and aluminum foil each at different times.

The aluminum foil one turned out better than the butcher paper one. I’m still new enough to smoking a brisket that I don’t know the best route. Is there a consensus out there on what to wrap your brisket in toward the end or what not to wrap it in?
