So I picked up a 575 Pro back in July from a ding and dent store at a great discount. Got home, and no power. Checked wiring and I had juice everywhere (hot at the controller, thermocoupler, power brick light on) and still nothing on power up. Support went through the video call, and sent me a new controller after about an hour on the call. Got new one plugged, and still nothing. They send a new brick and power cord … still nothing. Finally the send a new power switch. Surely that should do it. NOPE. They then escalate to section 4 or whatever it is and send a whole new hopper/auger assembly. Got it installed today and BOOM!!! Power. Stoked to finally play with the wifire. Should be a great complement to the collection. All in all it took way too long to get this resolved in my opinion, but I got a smokin deal so the universe balances out.

Make sure you have 2.4 on your wifi. Doesn’t support 5 at the moment. Was a quick setup and really just plug and play to be honest.
