Big shout out to Traeger’s Customer service.

I picked up a brand “new” Traeger 575 Pro on OfferUp a couple weeks ago for $400. When I got it home I noticed it was pretty beat up. The lid was bent and the hopper case was badly warped which only affected it cosmetically.

Called customer service and video chatted. They said they would send me a new hopper case.

I was expecting to remove all the components on my damaged case and install them into the new case. I was pleased and surprised that they sent me a whole new unit. Hopper, control unit, auger and fire pot.
