We bought one from Costco (large don’t know the model #) and it’s easy convenient and food generally tastes great, however some of the meats we cooked hardly have the smoke flavor. I use the Traeger cookbook for temps and times. I’ve taken the smoke stack and screwed the cone cover as tight as it will go. I’ve thought about turning it upside down but it will create a low point. Another thought is to make a cover and eliminating the stack completely. Any suggestions? Also one other item I’m puzzled over is cleaning the ash box. I have to do it every time. It’s a pain in the you know what pulling it apart every-time. Another suggestion?
