Should I buy the Timberline XL?

Time for me to make the switch from charcoal smoking to pellet smoking. The Timberline XL looks perfect for what I want. I need something large enough for a 30 lb pig and I also need the induction burner.
The only thing that gives me pause are the significant number of one-star reviews on the Traeger website. The overall average is 3.8.
What gives? Is this really a problematic grill? Are there temperature problems? Or is this just noise? Do you regret buying yours?
