My wife knew I wanted to smoke a brisket, now that I’ve got a Traeger…the only problem is, it’s a small one (like really small). It’ll be fine for just us, but do I use convention methods and recipes or will this smoke take a much shorter time? Any suggestions appreciated, as I’ve never smoked one before and want it to turn out okay…
