Thanks u/saveourbolts for the 3-2-1 method suggestion!

While working from home I used the 3-2-1 method for 3hr smoke 225-235 2hr wrapped 250 1hr sauced and open 250. These blow the last set OTW! The others were tasty, but these are over the top! Fall off the bone and melt in your mouth! I love my Traeger! Cleaned, removed silver skin, towel dry, and a pat not rub for spice! Used my Dad-Dash! pepper, salt, onion and garlic powders, and spanish paprika. Let them sweet for 30 min. While Traeger came up to temp. Thanks David!
