I made a big change a year ago, moved back to my hometown and started a business providing custom butchering to small farms/ranches. But it is the reality of my work, it can be stinky at times, and while you don’t have to participate in every aspect of it, I’d like you to be understanding and open minded about it. I’m an expert in my industry and need you to be understanding of the reality of it.
