Looking for experiences with Backpack Trading course, with Troy Noonan

I'm considering signing up with Backpack Trading, run by Troy Noonan, and their course. They claim to offer lifetime access to courses, coaches and special software to assist in trading. They say they will teach people top be successful.
It's expensive; lower level is $7,500 one time which fives you access to one trading strategy. Adding another $7,500 gives you access to all five strategies. I have not been able to find any independant reviews on this service, and am looking for some. Thanks!
