[TMUF] Is United Forever in Steam the full version?

Hi! I have some spare money and I wanted to try TMUF (as I liked the other ones). I've seen it's on sale so I thought why not? I can afford it if it's on sale, but sometime ago I saw somewhere that Steam version wasn't the full version? I'm not talking about Nations Forever, I know that one was Stadium only and it's free. I'm talking about this version: https://store.steampowered.com/app/7200/Trackmania_United_Forever/ I hope the page where I read it was mistaken, can you tell me?
