A couple of days ago I tried to get into my Tracfone account via their website. I couldn't remember my password and it didn't take the one the browser had cached. Ok, I hit the forgot password link. The website tells me it mailed me a link like every other website does. It shows up a minute or so later.

Clicked the link. 404. Copy and pasted the link into a browser. 404. Tried multiple browsers and incognito windows. 404. Found this solution and tried it, but none of the many reset tokens I've requested has come with a token code in the url. They all end with /home?tok= and are just the generic tracfone URL before it. No spaces, no invisible characters. Just no token provided.

I have a valid TF phone number; I literally texted customer support from it and got a reset link there that had the same issue. Has this been happening to anyone else?
