tp-link archer ax11000 Help!

Hello. So I have this router ^. My direct line internet speeds are (in the tether app test) 1.6Gigs download, and 1.5 Gigs upload. When I'm right next to the router, my iphone 13 pro with Wifi 6 gets about 700ish download, and 150mb upload. One room away I have my Xbox which gets 150MB download and 20 upload. I just set it up, am I doing anything wrong? Do I need a TPlink wifi extender with wifi6 to make my xbox download more quickly?
