Bluetooth 4.0 USB Adapter not working

It was working this morning and I went into Windows Safe Mode to troubleshoot an unrelated problem and when I went back into normal Windows it wasnt being recognised. I tried plugging it in in different ports, downloading the drivers (even though they shouldnt be needed for windows 10) and more and I cant seem to get it to work, anyone have a fix?
