Post Body

Purchased in May and had to reboot a few days ago. Now, after new firmware update (1.0.11 Build 20230829 rel.37304) I have 2 devices that will only connect to a guest network even though before the update they were connected to the main 5G.

I tried a few different things to fix it after spending 1 hour on the support phone call. I changed the 5G width to 160 and then she also just read to me from the script about changing DNS' which did nothing.

TP-Link is telling me they'll replace it but I have to return mine first or pay for expedited shipping and the total cost of the replacement and then return the "defective" unit which after they receive, I will be credited within 30 days. Way too much hassle.

Does anyone have any troubleshooting tips?
