XE75 Pro Wired Connection Not Working

Post Body

I have ATT fiber in a new apartment build. ATT modem is set up in master closet and cannot be moved. In-wall ethernet ports are located throughout the house.

Primary deco is plugged directly into my office wall Ethernet port while my second is plugged into my master bedroom wall Ethernet port. Wi-Fi 6e is tested and working properly at almost gigabit speeds from both decos.

PC is connected to the primary deco via ethernet, but receives a “no internet connection” error.

What am I missing?

SOLVED: It was a driver issue due to the new PC build. I deleted my ethernet drivers and installed them from the motherboard manufacturer. Everything works well now thanks everyone!

They’re value proposition is pretty good 🤷🏻‍♀️

I fixed the issue and I’m getting consistent gigabit speeds. Plenty for my needs

Thanks for directly commenting! I'll be honest I've found Redditors to be more useful than most support teams in the past which made me biased. I'll contact TPLink and see if they can offer a solution 👍

Multiple cables and ports tried already with no success :(

No pics to really be taken as the setup is as simple as described.

No cables running anywhere because they're built into the walls.

That's an interesting point that might actually be the issue🤔 How would I go about testing that?
