2023 Limited & the Apple Play is inconsistent on connectivity & constantly having to select which driver profile to connect to. The dealer says it’s a software glitch & needs to be updated but doesn’t have the correct adapter since everything on the car is USBc & that they’ll have to order the cable. Anyone else experience this problem? Haven’t heard back from the dealer since we were there 3 weeks ago & have been thinking about buying the sync cable from Amazon ourselves for them to borrow as to not give them an excuse on why they can’t do the updates, the service tech made it sound like it’d be a huge ordeal for the dealership to get the proper cable to do the updates.
