SiriusXM issue, SAT option has disappeared

I have a 2007 SR5 Crewmax with the JBL sound system and out of the blue the Sat radio disappeared. I had the SirusXM module put in ~2 years ago.When I hit the SAT/AM button it will only go to AM. Has anyone else encountered this or have suggestions on fixing? I have way too many miles to drive this weekend to be dealing with terrestrial radio. Thanks in advance for the help.
EDIT/SOLUTION: The cables going into the siriusxm module were loose fitting. Pushed then in tight and secured with zips.
