2013/Gen 2 Tundras: is it possible to replace only the lens of the headlights assembly? Rather than replacing the entire assembly.

Post Body

I was having trouble researching this, since threads are all about replacing the entire assembly usually with aftermarket stuff. I have one headlight that is hazy so I tried buffing it out with the Maguire kit, and it's still not great. My driver side headlight is lets say 100% clear, and now my passenger side is 80% at best. So I thought hell why not just replace the damn lens, they are dirt cheap online.
