Weird spray under passenger side dash

I have a 2003 Tacoma extended cab 4x4. For about a month now, whenever I make a hard turn, there is a liquid spray that comes out from underneath the passenger side dash and drips all over my floor mat. Sounds like an aerosol can when it happens and I can see the liquid dripping down. Called my mechanic and described the issue, he says he’s never seen/heard of this before. Anyone have any clue what might be happening??
