It’s come to my realization for my lifestyle my current car fast muscle car isn’t doing it for me anymore and alas, needs to be sold and made way for a more utilized off-road vehicle.

In the past I have always ordered cars directly from dealers because I’m picky and want what I want if I’m paying 10’s of thousand of dollars. That said, I understand you can’t order Tacomas.

What’s the process? Any veteran tips on how to get ahead of the 2024 rush for the TRD offroads? What should I look for in a dealer?

I live in Northern California but fine traveling for it.

P.S: I know there’s some 4th gen haters and anti electrified vehicles. I respect your opinions and understand where you are coming from but it’s a non-issue for me as I will not be trying to cross the Darian Gap or trying to overland mount Everest.
