Really looking at a Tacoma or possibly Tundra.

I have a 2019 F150, but absolutely hate the shit 10 speed transmission in this truck. I've wanted a Tacoma, but the rebates Ford had were to good.
I occasionally pull a 20 foot boat, but beyond that I don't have a need to tow. I would go for the TRD in either model. What are some of the things you all love and hate about your truck? Any model years to avoid?
I would be buying used, 2019-2021.
