How is the monthly amount figured?

Google is no help, not sure where else to turn. I’m financing a ‘24 Camry through a Toyota dealership. Just wish I’d done it sooner because Toyota is AMAZING compared to my old car. And this community has provided helpful insights to any mechanical issues or questions.

So my question is this: in the Toyota financial services app, how is the “monthly amount” figured? Not the balance due, but when you select “make a payment” there’s 3 options. 1. the balance due, 2. “monthly amount” (I’m assuming it’s just an average of your payments you’ve made), and 3. choose amount.
