Need opinions on these two engines please!

Hey all, as the title suggests I need your opinion. The short story is I have a choice between these two, one significantly rarer than the other, so I’m wondering if I should hold true and go for the one I originally wanted(3.5) or if I can settle for the lower capacity.

Engines in question:

2.5L A25A-FXS - eCVT gearbox

3.5L 8GR-FXS - 10 speed “multi stage hybrid system” gearbox

Has anyone got experience with either of these engines and what are your thoughts? I’m trying to figure out if it’s worth holding out for the 8GR set up or if I can settle for the 2.5 and not miss out on much.
