How can I burn a CD to play in my 2001 Toyota Corolla?
Post Body

Update: I used the "Audio CD" option in CD Burner XP and managed to get all songs onto the disc, burning at a 16x speed on my desktop computer. Final runtime was about 1:16 (76 min).

My car has a built in stereo and cd player (Compact Disc Digital Audio), but its from 2001 and I want to make sure my car recognizes it. Right now I have Verbatim CD-R discs that can contain 700 MB of files and 80 min of songs, and Windows says I can use it as an Audio CD.

I have about 16 songs downloaded as .mp3 files that are under 700 MB/80 Min total, but I'm not sure what exact steps to take to burn them onto the CD. I've also heard that making the "burning" time take longer will work better, but I'm not sure how to control that or what program to use.

Any help would be appreciated
