Hi, I've started detox a few days ago and I'm taking 1g of clay with 250ml of water first thing in the morning THREE HOURS (or more) before I eat or take any meds.
Is that enough to prevent it from binding with nutrients and medication?
I'm also eating more vegetables and brown rice to keep things moving along. So far I'm having 1-2 bowel movements a day, which I hear is recomended. To be fair, only day I had only 1 was the day I was out of my house all day and only ate a single meal (too exhausted to cook, just went to bed).
Is there anything else I need to do for this detox to work? Zeolite has worked great for me in the past but I'm currently trying to conceive and I don't want zeolite to take away nutrients I need to produce healthy eggs as the only way I've found to go from completely infertile to fertile but miscarrying a lot was an egg quality improving diet.
