Title says it all, talk about a time when your team made an insanely smart move.

For me, it was when I was the dead blackmailer. My power to read whispers allowed me to witness all of this from the graveyard.

For context, there was a GA with a doctor as their target. They had coordinated a system of whispers, but obviously, I was the blackmailer, so several nights before we figured out when their target was not protected and killed them, hoping that we would have a survivor ally. Sadly, the GA got really mad and basically said they would go AFK all game.

Then, it was down to 6 players, the GA turned surv, a medium, a tracker, a doctor, our Hypnotist, and our Mafioso. We knew who everyone was because the tracker had asked for a role call. I had recently died to a Jester haunt. Our tracker was pushing up our hypnotist for not claiming, when our mafioso quickly whispered to the GA some compliments and requests to lynch the tracker. The GA then asked if they were the evil mafia who killed their target. Without wasting a second, our mafioso came up with the perfect cover story, claiming that they and our hypnotist were actually vampires, and that they were trying to lynch the evil mafia. This play actually works, and tricks the GA into being on our side until we gained majority. In the end, the GA was super mad , even though he technically won the game.
