Second story. This happened a while ago so I don't remember details.

I died and noticed there was more than one medium. Trying to be helpful, I said 'two meds', but then night finished before we could figure it out.

Second night, probably around n4 in game. 'Who are you meds' I say. Once they tell me I type out '4 and 6' so that they know each other. I assume this is going to be a lovely touching moment for us all.

Nope. Next morning one of the meds is dead. His will comes up, where he clearly says:

n3 - could be second med not sure; n4 - yup, 6 is other med.

So at least 6 is confirmed, right? At this point town still has majority but for some reason they all start voting up 6 and don't believe his med claim. Does town know how to read? Probably not.

6 is lynched and both meds are now dead, dumb town eventually loses.
