Unfairly banned

In a game where a multiple account user entered with all his bot accounts spamming racial slurs and I called town to hang him. And in the process of doing so because he used controversial names I got caught in the mess.
Ive never seen people get banned even when they openly gamethrow or spamming racial slurs, but if a person once trolls back at them and he gets punished??
Yes Ive appealed but im still annoyed by this and I will definitely be furious if I dont get unbanned.
