So I decided to give a try to the beta Trial System which I found to be an interesting idea, but I stumbled upon a trend of reports which were mostly fake and made out of reprisal for losing a game or hate to another player without any validity. 99% of them used the "impersonating BMG staff" as if that alone guaranteed a ban. There were many of them made just for a single game because people can't tolerate losing.

My suggestion is to also add the ID of the one who made the false claim and also create a third option to tag the report as "fake". So people who try to abuse the system out of spite of losing or just being dicks to other people also risk of getting themselves banned.
