Best TD games?

What are the TOP, like top 5, tower defense games out there? for "top" i would call that as content, complexity, player freedom and build complexity, and general intellectual demand. things like Graphics, or Font, or price, are not considered.
And generally, i think i would only accept games that are atleast 20$, as free to play ones are really all the same.
i wanna get re-into this genre~
