Tics made me pull a muscle

This morning while reading i ended up having some pretty bad tics and pulled a muscle in my upper back/neck. That's something i don't hear mentioned about Tourettes often and i wonder how often this happens to others. I have a massage scheduled for tomorrow. They're a big help when Tourettes causes muscle strain.
