im trying to find out the cause or issue that would cause a strange behavior that has affected me for several years. when ever i get to the point of being over stressed at work i start to have loud vocal out bursts. such as making strange loud noises, screaming very loudly, laughing loudly for no obvious reason, talking loudly to myself, ect. sometimes it can last hours. its like a steam whistle in my brain. after it blows im fine again. ive found a few things that point towards it being a version of tourettes and a user of another reddit post thought so too. looking for some direction
