Anybody get vocal tics that only accompany a motor tic (and don't appear on their own)?

EDIT: Not sure if anybody still continues to see this, but I am 17 now, officially diagnosed with Tourette's, and have multiple vocal tics. And although most of them are accompanies by my motor tics, I do get the occasional vocal tic just on it's own lol. Just an update!

Hey y'all, first post on here!

Currently in the process of seeing a doctor, but I think I've got chronic motor tic disorder. My tics include violently jerking both my arms, violently jerking my entire upper body, and shrugging my right shoulder and cranking my head right (as if to touch the shoulder with my cheek). I've done the violent jerking ones for just over a year now on and off, never not doing it for longer than 2 weeks. The shrugging and cranking one I got maybe a week ago?

Anyways, sometimes when I violently jerk my upper body I exhale through my nose sharply and quickly. The exhalation has never happened on it's own, or if it has, I haven't noticed it. It only happens sometimes, but it is always with the upper body tic.

Essentially, what I'm asking is, is the exhalation a vocal tic? Maybe the beginning of doing it on it's own? I know y'all aren't doctors or anything, but some insight would be lovely since y'all are obviously more experienced with tics than I am 😪

Thank you! (btw, not sure if it's important, but I'm 16. First sign of ticcing was 15.)
