I’m kind of confused does___ have schizophrenia?

I remember watching season one of the adventure, camp, and seeing Gabby talking to what looks like to be an “evil” of herself And in the fear factor challenge, she was afraid of being isolated, and it looked like she was locked up in like a cell but when I watched all stars episode nine, she said that she doesn’t think it’s schizophrenia. Also I remember someone saying that Gabby did have schizophrenia in the beta version of disadventure camp but I’m not sure if that’s true or not
