So I thought it could be nice to see what abilities you think should be changed.
- Arminius
Momentum should be a passive skill, right now it's only annoying.
Inflitration needs a hard rework, because you can't have a super long CD skill that gets broken on a random stake/caltrop or 11 dmg from one stone from the other side of the map.
- Ambiorix
From the shadows is kind of a meme ability, anyone can sidestep a shot from Ambiorix FoS and due to the slow it is completely useless. The other stats does not make any sense on it, it does not hit better than regular arrows or has less dispersion because no arrows has dispersion anymore :D
Boudica is fine
Vercingetorix
Defiance is weak stuff, it has too low out of combat to be functional and the CD is way too long.
I suggest also that scorched earth should give a morale debuff to elephants as fire was used to scare elephants.
- Germanicus
Testudo should be changed so you take a little damage while being shot from the side, only to deal with base cappers basically not to make it vulnerable while moving.
Vengeance should be useable before combat just like Ad Portas, this due to various silences going on and would give Germanicus a better spot in competitive skirms and lategame.
- Caesar
Vici should imho silence the commander abilities, not the unit abilities.
Sulla is ok
Scipio
Oath of Perseverance should either be a toggle so you can turn it off when you want or have the defensive stats beefed up much more to make it almost impossible to kill them.
Leonidas is fine
Miltiades is strong but fine
Alexander just got changed so I don't know yet
Cynane
Hunt has a too long duration, should be lower
Rapid advance should not be usable in pike formation
- Hannibal
Prolly the strongest general in the game atm out of all the melee ones, I think determination Ad Portas is way too strong and low CD compared to other commanders.
- Hasdrubal seems balanced
Balance should always be done with the mindset that the player is playing well. Otherwise A: you eliminate the potential for any skill curve to develop. B: The skilled "meta" will be reduced to 3-4 commander/units comps that will be op. C: the incentive for players to get better gets reduced.

Dropping abilities like that sounds even more op. Wouldn't that mean it also cancels charges, fight in the shade and testudo etc? That would be game breaking
