4 weeks out and very pleased

Had my THR done 4 weeks ago. Have been walking a couple miles every few days with a maximum of four miles at a go. Using my Peloton stationary bike for up to a 30 minute ride. Lifting weights again.
My walking pace is back close to and at times better than pre-op.
Starting tying shoes again this week!
