I've been trying to get more active this summer. I've been biking a lot (40km once per week). I would love to start running as well but don't have any friends who would be into it. I find that motivation for me comes from doing the activity with someone else who's also motivated.
Anyone else who runs, wants to get into running want to join me on some beginner runs?
28M near kipling station (South Etobicoke), but I drive and/or subway so as long as it's not too far we can meet and run.
Other interests: biking, kayaking/paddleboarding, cooking, coding. Also have been getting into some activities like pickleball/volleyball this summer.
