Anybody have footage of a fender bender that took place at the sheppard 404 intersection

Hi I was involved in a hit n run fender bender at roughly 5:20PM at the sheppard 404 intersection by the on ranp yesterday afternoon He turned through a green light and I tagged the back of his car. I tried to slow down but it was wet out and wasnt able to. I honked as soon as I saw him start to turn.
He pulled over to the side of the on ramp but then disappeared.
Does anyone happen to have footage or witness this? Maybe even catch the plates?
