Suggest me ways to level from 165(aiming to 180) other than Venena NM(because looking for a party was pain as hell for some damn reason). Quests, Mobs Areas, other bosses, anything.

I also have my own party of friends but most of them experience the same problem, and we have a fairly weak team composition(THS DPS, DW, Bow) and damage output alltogether.
(Maybe I could have went well if we have atleast a Mage or something, my mage is still not that viable yet)
