I see this in grindr ads:

hygenic or "must be hygenic"

I've also seen guys who are looking for "man smell" "sweaty working man" The other extreme.

Now I consider hygenic to include:

• Recent shower and not a lot of sweat since.
• Teeth brushed, mouthwash.

But this is normal for almost everyone. I get the feeling that this context has a slang meaning that includes more. Pressure washed colon? Total removal of body hair? Dipped in bleach to be fully sanitary? Ear hairs plucked and not just trimmed? Skin softener and special scent on your foreskin? Special diet to have rose scented farts?

(Yeah some of these are over the top, but working for a laugh here)
