This can be for tops, bottoms, and verse. How far are you willing to travel for a hookup, date, cruise, or bath house?

Some context: I'm a bottom and I live in a semi rural area. I'm 15 minutes from suburbia and anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes from the city where most of the gay/lgbtq community tend to be. Yes, I've use grindr, sniffies, a4a, and doublelist for hookups. I've also been on bumble and tinder to meet guys for dates and see where things go and have had very little success. The challenge is that I really don't want to travel 45 min each way for a date, let alone a hookup. So I keep my search parameters set to keep any commutes reasonable (in my opinion)

So I'm curious what others feel about this. How far are you all willing to travel to date someone? Is that range different for your hookups? Inquiring minds want to know
