Docs/Surgeons with NO BMI Restrictions

Looking for any and all surgeon recommendations in or near Chicago, IL USA for top surgery that does NOT have BMI restrictions. I was told by my primary care physician that a lot of doctors won't do top surgery on me because my BMI is considered 'obese'. This is very frustrating because the BMI is very outdated and flawed.
